Should this occur - DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENT WITHOUT PROPER NOTATIONS ON DELIVERY RECEIPT SPECIFYING DAMAGE OR LOSS.You must file your damage or loss directly with the delivering carrier.We will be happy to provide any and all assistance possible.Claims for defective merchandise and/or returns must be made within 3 days after you receive product. Please check your merchandise carefully as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective or missing, please notify us immediately.
Return Policy
No returns will be accepted unless prior written authorization has been granted.Unauthorized returns will be refused. No credit will be issued for unauthorized returns.No credit will be issued for returns that are damaged due to poor packing.All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Paper Compatibility
All About Names specialty art backgrounds are recommended for use with a laser printer.While you may experience success with certain inkjet type printers, there are many ink jet printers on the market that may not work with our art backgrounds. For laser printers, we suggest Brother or H.P. laser printers. We will not accept any return of artwork due to incompatibility. We strongly urge you to test our products in small quantities to determine compatibility with your equipment.
